Petfolio by Purina Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

  1. This website is owned and operated by Spark Optimus B.V., a private limited liability company with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 34254566, and having its registered address at Jacob Obrechtplein 1, 1071 KS Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“Spark Optimus” or “we”). We run this website for our client Purina to test the potential of the Petfolio by Purina (“Petfolio by Purina”) loyalty program.

  2. These terms and conditions, together with our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy apply to Petfolio by Purina.

  3. Petfolio by Purina enables you to earn Paw Points for every qualifying Purina product from a Purina brand (Adventuros, PRO PLAN, PRO PLAN Veterinary Diets, BAKERS, Beta, Winalot, BONIO, Dentalife, Purina ONE Gourmet, Go Cat, Felix, Lily’s Kitchen) you have purchased subject to the presentation of a valid receipt or by taking certain ‘point earning’ actions. Paw Points can then be redeemed online at Petfolio in exchange for rewards. You will also receive exclusive offers, perks and vouchers.

  4. To offer you rewards, we work with companies of the Nestlé Group, such as Purina, Zigzag or Lily’s Kitchen. The rewards we offer through Petfolio by Purina are curated offers from the Nestlé Group.

  5. Your registration to Petfolio by Purina will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions from time to time. The most up-to-date version of our terms and conditions are available here.

  6. Registration Requirements. All Petfolio by Purina members must be individuals aged 16 years or older and a resident of UK & Ireland. All members must register their Petfolio by Purina account with a name and e-mail address. Change of the e-mail address must be notified to us.

  7. Petfolio by Purina is only for personal, household and consumer use. Each Purina customer is permitted to have one Petfolio by Purina account. We reserve the right to review and, where necessary, suspend or restrict your account if we have reason to believe that multiple accounts have been created or used under your details in a manner that breaches the fair use of our promotions and services.

  8. We reserve the right to terminate your Petfolio by Purina account and associated accounts if in our sole discretion we consider that you have breached the terms and conditions, supplied false or misleading information, or acted improperly or in a fraudulent way. All Paw Points associated with such accounts will be forfeited.

  9. Petfolio Paw Points. As part of Petfolio by Purina, you earn Paw Points every time you upload a valid receipt to your account. The receipt will then be verified and your Paw Points will be added to your Petfolio by Purina account. The verification process itself can take up to seven working days. Once your receipt has been confirmed as verified the Paw Points will be credited to your Petfolio by Purina account within seven working days. You can also earn points by performing certain ‘point-earning’ actions.

  10. Paw Points can only be earned, held, transferred or redeemed as set out in these terms and conditions, or in the terms relating to any promotions and point offers related to Petfolio by Purina, and may not be earned, held, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise traded in any other way.

  11. The number of Paw Points earned from a purchase or action or required to qualify for a particular reward may vary from time to time at our sole discretion. Rewards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to amend rewards without notice.

  12. Paw Points are personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared or exchanged. Paw Points cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to amend your account balance if you exchange or return any product. We will correct any incorrect balances without notice to you. Paw Points may be used once. Paw Points will expire after one year if not specifically mentioned. Paw Points have no cash value.

  13. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time without your consent.

  14. We may terminate, alter, suspend, delay or extend Petfolio by Purina at any time. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@purinapetfolio.co.uk. If terminated, earned Paw Points will expire.

  15. We are not responsible for any technical issues of the website or for the collection or redemption of Paw Points.

  16. The terms and conditions and any dispute, claim or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter.
